We received great feedback this year, including:

We always ask our clients for their feedback at the end of their case.
This year:
- 96% were very satisfied with the overall level of service
- 87% found the information/advice we gave easy to understand (8% said it was fairly easy)
- 96% found our staff informative and very good
- 82% said we kept them up to date with progress very well (12% said fairly well)
- 98% said the staff listened to what they had to say
- 100% said we treated them fairly at all times
- 97% would recommend us to someone else if they needed legal help
We also ask volunteers for their comments when they leave. Richard, our volunteer book keeper for nearly three years, left for a paid job. He wrote:
