Stephen Young is our Housing solicitor. He has two drop-in sessions:

• Tuesday, at the Law Centre (4 Cross Street)
• Thursday, at Trust Thamesmead, 19a Joyce Dawson Way, Thamesmead Central

Both sessions are from 10am – 12.30.

Steve can advise on:

• Tenancy agreements
• Common problems with tenancies
• homelessness,
• repairs,
• rent/mortgage arrears,
• anti-social behaviour in housing

Steve can negotiate with landlords and help with court forms.

Due to our funding, Steve cannot advise landlords.
