Stephen Young is our Housing solicitor.

He has two drop in sessions at the law centre:

• Tuesday, 10 – 12.30pm
• Thursday, 2 – 4.00pm

Steve can advise on:

• Tenancy agreements
• Common problems with tenancies
• homelessness,
• repairs,
• rent/mortgage arrears,
• anti-social behaviour in housing

Steve can negotiate with landlords and help with court forms.

Due to our funding, Steve cannot advise landlords.
